Our training services are designed to show you what is possible.
We offer remote training services via video and desktop sharing, which is a common practice with our clients. On-site services are also available upon request. Our virtual training schedules are designed to accommodate a client’s schedule with training sessions taking place over multiple days/weeks providing customers with time to dive deep, learn the system and ask questions as needed.
On-site training is more intensive often taking a bootcamp-like approach spending one to several days with customers training until you’re ready to go.
Training is customized for each customer so you only learn what you need to know to operate your business. VRC augments training with existing training materials and offers services to create workflow procedure guides specific to you. These guides are great for future onboarding or reference as needed.
VRC’s extensive training library contains materials related to front-office workflows, account procedures, and even back-office setup. More specific functionality can be referenced in simplified documents targeting that specific area.
